HTC Income Limits Effective 04/01/2024

 

*Income is determined in accordance with 24 CFR 5.609 definition of annual income. This includes the gross amount of earned income before deductions or taxes for all household members who are 18 years of age or older, unearned income for all household members, including those under 18, and income from owned assets. Some examples include wages, salaries, tips, day labor, seasonal work, net income from a business, and periodic payments being received from pension or annuity, child support, or alimony. Based on the chart above, you cannot reside at this community if your household income is above the maximum income limit per household size as specified by all applicable federal, state, and local housing program regulations. Household size is determined by the number of persons referenced in the chart included on this website.
